Background

Difficulties
While finalizing the design and providing a quotation for the prototype stainless steel components, a turnaround must be completed within 28 working days. CNC machining part

 

Preliminary assessment
Although there are other existing strict production commitments, and the delivery time of stainless steel materials is 10 to 12 days, we initially quoted from when the order is received to the final design.

Drawing update
After placing the order, additional delays of several days were added due to the redesign of the prototype component design. After confirmation, the final production time is 15-18 days.
