Anodizing: it is mainly anodizing of aluminum. It uses the electrochemical principle to form a layer of Al2O3 (alumina) film on the surface of aluminum and aluminum alloy. The oxide film has the special characteristics of protection, decoration, insulation, wear resistance and so on.
Technological process:
Monochrome and gradient: polishing / sandblasting / drawing → degreasing → anodizing → neutralization → dyeing → sealing → drying
Two colors: ① polishing / sandblasting / wire drawing → degreasing → shielding → anodizing 1 → anodizing 2 → hole sealing → drying
② polishing / sandblasting / drawing → degreasing → anodizing 1 → laser carving → anodizing 2 → hole sealing → drying
Technical features:
1. Enhance the strength.
2. Realize any color except white.
3. Achieve nickel free sealing, and meet the requirements of Europe, the United States and other countries for nickel free.
Technical difficulties and key points for improvement:
The yield level of anodizing is related to the cost of the final product. The key to improve the yield lies in the appropriate amount of oxidant, the appropriate temperature and current density, which requires the manufacturers of structural parts to explore and seek breakthroughs in the production process.
Ed electrophoresis position
Electrophoresis: used for stainless steel, aluminum alloy, etc., can make the products present various colors, keep the metallic luster, and enhance the surface performance, with good corrosion resistance.
Process flow: pretreatment → electrophoresis → drying
Advantage:
1. Rich color;
2. Without metal texture, it can cooperate with sand blasting, polishing, wire drawing, etc.
3. Processing in liquid environment can realize the surface treatment of complex structure;
4. Mature technology and mass production.
Disadvantages: the ability to cover up defects is general, and the pre-treatment requirements for die casting are high.
PVD (physical vapor deposition)
PVD: it refers to the method of forming metal or compound coating with special performance on the surface of workpiece by physical or chemical reaction process in meteorology.
PVD process flow:
Cleaning before PVD → vacuumizing in furnace → target and ion cleaning → coating → cooling out furnace → polishing → AF treatment
Technical characteristics;
1. The material of the deposition layer comes from the solid material source. Various heating sources are used to change the solid material into atomic state.
2. The thickness of the deposit is from nm to μ m (10-9 to 10-6m).
3. The deposited layer is obtained under vacuum condition, with high purity.
4. Under the condition of low temperature plasma, the particles in the deposition layer have high overall activity and are easy to react with reaction gas to obtain various coatings.
5. The deposition layer is thin, which can control many process parameters conveniently.
6. The deposition is carried out under the condition of vacuum without harmful gas discharge, which belongs to the pollution-free technology.
AF processing
AF treatment: also known as anti fingerprint coating treatment. By means of evaporation, a coating is coated on the ceramic surface, which makes the ceramic surface difficult to produce fingerprints and has good wear resistance.
AF treatment process flow:
Incoming appearance inspection → product wiping → ion cleaning → AF coating → baking → water uniformity inspection → coating inspection → water drop angle test
Technical features:
1. Antifouling: prevent fingerprints and oil stains from adhering and erasing easily;
2. Anti scratch: smooth surface, comfortable hand feel, not easy to scratch;
3. Thin film: excellent optical performance, without changing the original texture;
4. Wear resistance: with true wear resistance
